NOVEMBER 9 - 14, 2021

ReSurge is an innovative initiative that responds head-on to the urgent need for real climate action. It is a platform that will help sway public sentiment and foster action. The already very large impact of the festival networks themselves are multiplied through media partnerships with Corporate Knights, The Walrus, NOW Magazine and CIUT-FM as well as third-party promotion by like-minded public organizations such as the Climate Action Network (CAN-Rac) consisting of over 140 environmental organizations across Canada.

This six-day virtual festival takes place November 9 - 14 with a series of superb documentary films with water and climate themes, meaningful discussions and learning opportunities, and direct connections to action.  

We all have a stake in this and a part to play - including film festivals. Together we can influence change.
